Who We Are

We are loyal Democrats who have been fighting the good fight in Gaston County since the days Democrats were in the majority. We’ve fought for civil rights, women’s rights, voter’s rights.

The Gaston Senior Democrats are a chapter of the N.C. Senior Democrats, which in turn, is affiliated with the N.C. Democratic party.

Our organization is open to registered Democrats age 50+ with an annual dues of $20. Democrats under the age of 50 can be associate members, but do not have the right to vote in GSD matters.

2023 Elections

So far, there is no information on the next election.

And, for once, we’re grateful!

Democrats did pretty well nationally, but we’re still licking our wounds

here in Gaston. So a break is welcome.
